Why you should eat more:    These little gems are a mouthful of rich sweetness. Potassium can help keep blood pressure in check.

How to up your intake:   Dip them in dark chocolate or puree them, then top them with a dollop of plain yogurt and cinnamon. Absolutely terrific!
