DRINKING

DRINKING:
  • Don't drink water one hour before or after meals.
  • Grink 3-4 glasses of lukewarm water first in the morning.
  • Drink 12-14 glasses of water every day.
  • Don't get used to mineral or treated water all the time.
  • Don't take any intoxicating drinks.
  • Liberally take curd preparations like lassi and butter milk.
  • Take juice of one or two time daily.
  • Minimize intake of coffee and tea.
  • Drink a cup of hot milk before going to bed.Preferably with turmeric powder.
CLEANINESS:
  • Take bath daily. If possible twice a day. Apply coconut oil all at over the body after bath to avoid drying skin.
  • Clean and rub feet with a rough stone or foot scraper to remove dead tissues.
  • Occasinally, put common salt in a bucketful of warm water and take bath.
  • Regularly clean hair with soap or shampoo.
  • Clean and brush teeth in the morning & night.
  • Gargle and clean the mouth after every meal.
  • Rub the teeth with a clean cloth after bath.
  • Clean nostrils and ears with towels after bath.
  • Gargle mouth with salt water every day.
  • Ensure dry and clean kitchen, bathrooms and toilets.
  • Ensure sunlight exposure in maximum of the house.
  • Ensure to clear bowels once every day.
  • Trim your nails every week.
  • Remove unwanted hair regularly and keep private parts clean.
  • Don't use talcum powder and other make up material too much.
